KEN (Takeshi) IEIRI, Founder, CEO        

Mr. Ieiri is founder of HIBIKI IP Law Firm.
He worked for IP department of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation. He experienced many technical discussions with patent attorneys in major US and EP companies on the cross-licensing negotiations of the cellular phone patents. Through such experience, he learned know-how to produce truly effective patents by strategic activities including the analysis of competitor's products, the filing of divisional applications and the interview with Examiner.
After transferring to IP license department, he was involved in many licensing cases in the Semiconductor and LCD patent fields.
He established IEIRI and Associates in August, 2001. He is an IP adviser of a major bank in Japan.
He is admitted to stand before all Japanese courts in IP litigations.
